1.Meals
◆Buffet style as usual
◆We place acrylic plates front of meals.
◆Please wear face mask and disposable gloves when you take meals.
◆We limit number of people and time to enter the restaurant.
※We measure the temperature, disinfect hands, and wear face mask.
※If the number of customers using the meal is 15 or less, it may be a set menu. We will do our best to serve you in the buffet menu, but please understand.

2.About amenities

We only exchange bath towels. If you need anything else, please come to the front desk.

We will satisfy your mood and stomach with the popular buffet of performance menus such as steak, tempura, shabu-shabu etc☆

There is a special buffet during the year-end and New Year holidays, and during the New Year holidays.
We serve barrel celebration sake and Osechi dishes (Japanese new year dishes).

≪Parking lot≫
The parking lot is placed in less than 2 minutes by car. Please come by car to the entrance of the hotel on the day, leave your luggage and call the front desk. We will guide you to the parking lot by car.


≪Rental skis & boards≫
We also provide rental skis & boards.
The ski uses the latest rocker technology that is completely original by the domestic manufacturer OGASAKA.
Please accept at the front desk if you use rental skis or koards.

≪About the use of the underground hall and public bath after check-out≫ The underground hall and public bath can be used even after check-out.
However, it will be until 17:00.
In addition, the available time may be limited on the day when group customers enter the hotel. Please understand.

≪Bedding and cleaning during your stay≫
Feel free to lay out your futon.
In addition, we do not perform cleaning during your stay.
For guests staying 4 nights or more, we will perform a simple cleaning and replace the sheets and pillowcases on the 4th night.
