■ The "Higashitateyama Gondola Lift" is right in front of the hotel
Take the gondola up to the summit terrace of Mt. Higashitateyama and enjoy the breathtaking views.
At the summit station, you'll find a terrace, a restaurant, and the surrounding area is home to the Higashitateyama Alpine Botanical Garden.
It's also a great access point for hiking Mt. Iwasuge.

■Large Public Bath with a View - Hoppo Onsen (Hot Springs)
Natural hot spring baths are available 24 hours a day! There are separate large public baths for men and women.
Located at an elevation of 1600 meters, the hotel offers a panoramic view of the Northern Alps and the Kitashin Gogaku Mountains!

Hoppo Onsen was discovered in 1802 and is the oldest hot spring in Shiga Kogen.
It is a rare steam hot spring where natural water is poured over the hot spring steam that gushes from the bedrock.
It is effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, frozen shoulders, chronic skin diseases, and chronic women's diseases.

The large baths are open 24 hours a day, except during cleaning time.

■Please note that bedding will be laid out before check-in.

■We will prepare sheets for the third and subsequent days in advance in your room, so please change the sheets by yourself. If you wish to have your sheets changed by our staff, please let us know.
