About Our Hotel
Our hotel is located in the Sun Valley area of Shiga Kogen.
One of the hotel's greatest advantages is its excellent access to the ski slopes. The ski slopes are right outside the hotel, and the lift station is just steps away.
Our convenient location makes it an ideal base for enjoying skiing and snowboarding. Children can also have fun playing in the snow and enjoying sledding.
Lift tickets can be purchased directly in front of the hotel.
Ski rentals are available for an additional fee. Please feel free to use this service during your stay.
The famous Snow Monkey Park, one of the most popular attractions among international visitors, is located on the way to Shiga Kogen. Be sure to add this unique and memorable experience to your sightseeing plans during your stay!
Access from Nagano Station Direct buses to Shiga Kogen are available from the East Exit of Nagano Station. Please get off at the “Sun Valley” bus stop. https://www.nagadenbus.co.jp/express/ inute walk to our hotel. Another option is to take the Nagano Electric Railway from Nagano Station to Yudanaka Station, and then take a local bus from Yudanaka Station to Sun Valley. If you take a taxi directly from Nagano Station to the hotel, the fare may cost tens of thousands of yen, making it quite expensive. Therefore, we strongly recommend taking the direct bus from Nagano Station to Sun Valley.
Special Dietary Requests Especially during peak seasons, we may not be able to accommodate all special dietary requests, including food allergies, vegetarian meals, and halal food. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding. Meals for Children For children, we will prepare meals with menus that are easier and more suitable for them to enjoy. Please note that guests aged 12 and over are considered adults for meal and accommodation purposes.

Our hotel features a natural hot spring (onsen). We hope you enjoy relaxing in the hot spring during your stay.
Please note that guest rooms do not have private bathrooms or showers.

Taxes
The following taxes are payable locally at the hotel:
Bath tax: ¥150 per night, per adult
Accommodation tax: ¥200 per night, per guest, including adults, children, and infants
Meal Times
Dinner: 6:00 PM
Breakfast: 7:30 AM
For a one-night stay, the plan includes dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast the following morning.
If you do not require dinner, or if you expect to arrive too late to attend dinner, please contact us in advance, as we need to make preparations accordingly.
Please arrive at the dining venue within approximately 40 minutes of the scheduled meal start time.
If you arrive after this time, your meal may have to be discarded for food safety and hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
For Guests Traveling in the Same Group
If members of the same group make separate reservations under different booking names, please note that your seats may be arranged separately in the dining area.
If you would like to dine together, please contact us after all reservations have been completed and provide the following information:
