About the Hotel
Our hotel is located in the Sun Valley area of Shiga Kogen.
One of the hotel's greatest advantages is its convenient access to the ski slopes.
The ski slopes are 0 minutes away, and the lift is 0 minutes away.
This makes our hotel a very convenient location for enjoying skiing and snowboarding.
Children can also enjoy playing in the snow and riding sleds.
Lift tickets can be purchased directly in front of the hotel.
Paid ski rental services are also available, so please feel free to use them if needed.
If you use a delivery service to send your luggage, please do not place valuables, passports, cash, or other important belongings inside your luggage.
The famous Snow Monkey Park, which is also very popular with international visitors, is located on the way to Shiga Kogen. We highly recommend visiting the park during your stay.
If you would like to take ski lessons, please make a reservation directly with the ski school.

■ Hot Springs and Bathing Facilities
Our hotel has a natural hot spring. We hope you will enjoy the hot spring during your stay.
Please note that guest rooms do not have private bathrooms or showers.
The bathing facilities are shared facilities located within the hotel, and guests are asked to use these communal facilities.
■ Transportation
From Nagano Station
Direct buses to Shiga Kogen operate from the East Exit of Nagano Station.
Please get off at the “Sun Valley” bus stop. 　https://www.nagadenbus.co.jp/express/
The hotel is approximately a 1–2 minute walk from the Sun Valley bus stop.
Alternatively, you can take the Nagano Electric Railway from Nagano Station to Yudanaka Station, and then take a local bus from Yudanaka Station to Sun Valley.
If you take a taxi directly from Nagano Station to the hotel, the fare may be several tens of thousands of yen and can be quite expensive. Therefore, we strongly recommend using the direct bus service.
If You Are Arriving by Car
The nearest expressway interchange is Shinshu-Nakano IC.
From Shinshu-Nakano to the hotel, it takes approximately 30–40 minutes by car, depending on road and weather conditions.
Important Information for Guests Using Rental Cars
During winter, the mountain roads leading to Shiga Kogen receive heavy snowfall, and the roads may become icy, making driving extremely difficult.
If you are renting a car, please rent a 4WD vehicle equipped with studless winter tires.
Please be aware that vehicles without appropriate winter equipment may not be able to reach the hotel.
We also recommend refueling around the Nakano area before entering the mountain roads.
Using fuel suitable for cold-weather conditions can help prevent fuel-related problems.
■ Important Information Regarding Meals
Especially during busy periods, we may not be able to accommodate all special dietary requests, including food allergies, vegetarian meals, halal food, and other dietary requirements.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely ask for your kind understanding.
For children's meals, we will prepare a menu that is easier for children to eat.
Please note that guests aged 12 and over are considered adults.
Changes to the Number of Guests
If there is any change in the number of guests staying at the hotel, please modify your existing reservation or make a new reservation.
Please note that the accommodation fee may change depending on the number of guests.
About Hotel Amenities
Please note that replacement of hotel amenities is subject to an additional charge.
We kindly ask that you refrain from sending items purchased from online shops such as Amazon directly to the hotel.
We may not be able to receive, check, or store such packages.
In the event that a package is lost or goes missing, the hotel cannot be held responsible.
If members of the same group make separate reservations, your seats in the dining area may be arranged separately.
After you have completed your reservations, if you provide us with your reservation date, name, and reservation number, we can arrange for your group to dine together in the same area.
Please note that we cannot accept requests made on the day of your arrival.
Important Notice Regarding Bathing Hours
From January 3–7 and January 17–21, Japanese school students will be staying at the hotel, and there will be restrictions on bathing hours.
Bathing tax: ¥150 per adult per night
Accommodation tax: ¥200 per person per night (adults, children, and infants)
These taxes are payable locally.
